Together, we’ll examine your processes supported by a joint kick-off with the contact persons and departments involved.
Based on our checklist, we’ll take stock of your preanalytics and identify possible error sources before, during and after blood collection as well as in your laboratory itself. We’ll collaborate with you and use our many years of experience to determine the key points in your preanalytics and create a corresponding action plan to optimise your preanalytics. We’ll then measure the success of our measures together in order to asses the success of the SPCP.
