Following our checklist, we’ll take stock of your preanalytics and identify possible error sources before, during and after blood collection as well as in your laboratory itself. We’ll collaborate with you and use our many years of experience to determine the key points in your preanalytics and create a corresponding action plan. We’ll then measure the results of the actions taken in order to guage the success of the SPCP.
